Support Center

1. How do I track my order?

A tracking link is e-mailed automatically after dispatch. You can also paste your order number into the tracker on this page or WhatsApp us for an instant status update.

2. What if my flour arrives damaged?

Take photos of the damaged packs and e-mail them to info@kamranflourmills.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund once verified.

3. How can I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA)? (Coming Soon)

E-mail your lot number (printed near the QR code) to info@kamranflourmills.com; a PDF COA will be returned within 24 hours.

4. Do you ship outside Pakistan?

At present we serve only the Pakistani market. Export inquiries may be directed to info@kamranflourmills.com for future consideration.

5. What payment options are available for bulk orders?

Distributors may use bank transfer, LC (for >10 t), or 30-day credit terms subject to approval.

6. How do I become an authorized distributor?

Send your company profile and monthly tonnage estimate to sales@kamranflourmills.com. An account manager will respond within 48 hours.
